But sometimes things do not move as planned due to the huge volume of transactions everyday in our business. We try our best to keep information updated about the products which are out of stock with our suppliers, but sometimes they can be out of stock as you order, which is somewhat require cooperation.
Such situations bring Cancelation of orders in to consideration due to many reasons like:
- The product is in stock, but it fails quality check before the order shipment.
- The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
- All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
Now, in such "Out-of-Stock" cancellation case, we generally have 2 further options:
- We will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives. We will not charge you any extra shipping cost for the same.
- We will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will add cash reward to your Hukato Wallet to your account for the similar value of the goods which are out of stock. Warranty Terms & Conditions
All Products at www.hukato.com comes with 3 working days of Cooling period wherein customer can decide to continue using that product or service or not. In-case of non-continuation of no will to use that product then customer will be issued points in his e-wallet at www.hukato.com which he/she can use later instead of cash at www.hukato.com. These points would only be valid on www.hukato.com for next purchase. To get these points customer has to ship the purchased product back intact without opening or using that product or service within specified timeframe with a request of issuing e-wallet points. Customer will not be issued full or partial refund in the form of cash or digital payments.
Every product comes with specified warranty mentioned over website www.hukato.com which customers must notice while making purchase. The mentioned warranty period would start from the date of dispatch.
If the product stops working or starts malfunctioning/misbehaving or not working how it is supposed to work and the product is under warranty period specified at the time of purchase then customers can raise warranty claim with www.hukato.com or to the affiliated or partnered third party warranty service provider. To raise warranty customer must product copy of invoice and actual product in intact condition.
Repair/Replacement would only be processed once the Product Warranty Case is accepted after validation of the actual concern or problem with the product.
Product Warranty Case would not be accepted or processed further for the sake of doubt that the product might not work or if the Customer has purchased more than 1 qty the customer cannot claim warranty for the other products if one or two did not work.
For the cases wherein customer has raised a warranty claim but the replacement product is out of stock or the entire stock of that particular model has failed the quality test then Cancelation policy would be applicable for such cases and we would issue the points in his Hukato e-wallet which he/she can use later in the form of cash for his/her next purchase on www.hukato.com
It is not necessary for every product to come with warranty or some parts of the product might not be covered under warranty. In-such cases, customers are requested to got through the Product Specification page thoroughly and deeply to understand product warranty details and duration. To avoid any confusion/ambiguity/misunderstanding customers are free to call us and clear their doubts before purchase.
No amount would be refunded in the form of cash in case of any error while making purchase or incorrect order or if the order was placed knowingly that pin code is not serviceable or such other cases wherein customer has placed an order and wishes to get the order canceled. If with valid reason the order stands canceled then full or partial refund depending on case and approval of authorized management would be made in the form of points under his/her account on www.hukato.com e-wallet.
Warranty does not cover any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (Courier Company). We recommend you carefully check the package contents according to packing list in front of postal service or shipping company representative.
All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
If ANY warranty seal is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.
The purchased product might contain more than 1 warranty seal. In this case each and every warranty seal must be intact, should not be broken or tampered with. If any of the seal is found broken or tampered with, then the product will no longer have any warranty.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow up to "10" business days for our technician team to check out your returned items.
